A Bit About Me
Life is full of constant flux and flow. Relationships shift, new chapters begin, and losses leave their mark. These transitions can be overwhelming, but you don't have to navigate them alone. I offer a compassionate and collaborative space where we can explore how these changes are showing up in your life, including what kind of care feels most supportive right now.

I work with people of all ages who are navigating grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, life after domestic violence, and identity shifts. My approach blends traditional talk therapy with creative modalities like expressive arts, play-based interventions, and somatic awareness. You are always in the driver's seat of our work together.

Whether it is the first or tenth time, seeking therapeutic support can be both brave and nerve-wracking. I am here to support you and your needs as we walk this journey together. Let's connect to explore how I can support you in this season of your life.
Services
I work with all ages from 5+ through individual therapy. I can support you with grief, bereavement (includes pet loss). I also offer therapeutic support for end-of-life challenges and palliative care. I can also provide unique support for general areas of death and dying issues that might not include a terminal illness or death of a loved one.
