Stress Management & Boundaries

Help your employees learn about stress, the effects of stress on the body, effective ways to manage stress, and healthy boundaries in the workplace.

Grief in the Workplace 

This presentation is focused on supporting employees that are experiencing grief.

You will learn about how grief presents itself and how to support someone when they return to work.

End of Life Topics

Topics may include what is grief, types of mourning practices, wills and advanced planning, navigating before and after death occurs, how to support those who are grieving, etc.

Company Group Therapy

This session may be most appropriate for organizations that have had a personal experience with a death loss of an employee.

This service is offered to a select employees in the company that may wish to attend a more supportive and personal therapeutic group. Confidentiality and privacy should be considered when choosing where and who should attend these sessions.

  • Provided by two professionals: a Registered Psychologist, Registered Provisional Psychologist or Certified Canadian Counsellor

 

Includes:

  • a psycho-educational component to understand grief & trauma

  • Discussions and sharing of personal experiences

  • Supportive processing and coping strategies to work with after sessions
