
Therapy Groups
Therapeutic grief groups offers a healing space to have our grief validated, witnessed, and acknowledged through the support of peers and guided by a professional. These safe spaces can be experienced both virtually and in-person sessions in Calgary, Alberta. Check with your insurance plans, as some will cover group therapy.

*Virtual Participants must be located in ALBERTA to attend as therapy groups are considered a medical treatment and providers license only allows for therapy to be provided to Alberta Residents*

Grief Group - Adults & Parental Loss

This group is for adults who are experiencing the loss of their parents.

Pet Loss Support Group

This group is for adults who are grieving their beloved pets. Registration is required but this is an open group.

Suicide Loss Grief Group (adults)
