Therapy Groups

Therapeutic grief groups offers a healing space to have our grief validated, witnessed, and acknowledged through the support of peers and guided by a professional. These safe spaces can be experienced both virtually and in-person sessions in Calgary, Alberta. Check with your insurance plans, as some will cover group therapy.

*Virtual Participants must be located in ALBERTA to attend as therapy groups are considered a medical treatment and providers license only allows for therapy to be provided to Alberta Residents*

Teens & Grief - Art Therapy Group

This group is for ages 13-17 for anyone who has experience a death and is struggling with their grief.
