Better Belonging

We help organizations create spaces where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential.

Traditional workplaces often overlook the diverse needs of individuals, leading to exclusion, bias, and burnout, especially for marginalized groups. We’re committed to changing that.

Through a human-centered, collaborative approach, we co-create solutions that strengthen connection, foster well-being, and drive lasting transformation.

Miles Psychology

Ashley Miles, CCC

She specializes in psychology, sleep and performance. Having seen firsthand the interplay between psychology and sleep and how they can completely change someone's game – whether that's on the field, in the boardroom, or just in everyday life. But here's the thing: rest isn't the opposite of performance – it's the foundation of it. In our hustle culture, we've forgotten that strategic rest and recovery are actually performance strategies, not signs of weakness.

Combining evidence-based therapies, such as Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), with a healthy dose of real-world practicality. For sleep-related concerns, she utilizes CBT for Insomnia and ACT for Insomnia.
